Just read a long thread about a buyer receiving a replica BYS spoiler instead of a real one ...


so I was wondering is there a way to authenticate a real BYS CF spoiler? Stickers/emblems/etc?

Again its for a BYS CF Spoiler. Can someone also tell me what the retail is?

isnt there a stamp on the inside of the spoiler? did BYS even make a CF spoiler?

BYS never made a CF version of the wing.

Also, I always thought the copies were pretty much exact w/ the original. I had a copy and didnt see a difference compared to so called real BYS wings.

The only reason why i was inquring about the real BYS is of course the price and the deal I would be getting. Can anybody quote a price for a real BYS spoiler vs a replica CF one?

IT's true.

i bought my backyard special rear spoiler used. the previous owner paid close to 600 at bulletproof.

i have compared the spoilers with the replicas and its pretty much identical...to what i know ..there is no badge that says backyard

 

fake cf ones are worth nothing, as a matter of fact, just mail it to me and i'll take care of it for you.

You just cant.

Shine Auto makes a lot of copied products. Once you paint them them, no one would be able to tell. Kinda sad for all the people who buy OG ****..but people have to make money some how.

IMO..a real BYS wing is not worth it, unless youre getting a really good deal. Buy a copy. 99% of the people with this wing have a copy. Except Jared...his ballin *** has all the cool ****!

OR even better does anybody know anyone selling a replica ASM CF spoiler?

 

On the ASM..I think motorklasse made one and I believe GT motoring made one also. Check their websites out.

Also check out S2ki classifieds sections. ASM wings pop every so often.

price to pay for real parts man.

 

oops no such thing as a CF spoiler! there is a CF trunk though lol

 

Why buy real when you can get a replica for half the cost and no one will know the difference? (Note: Excludes wheels)
