Car shut off on cold starts.
Background: Comptech s/c S 7 psi, Emanage.
5 days ago it was raining, I started my car and let it idle about 2 minutes and started backing up. Half way down the driveway, it stalled. I was not on the gas since the driveway is on an incline. I tried 5 times to start it and each time it would barely turn over and sputter than shut off again. On the 6th time I gave it a bit of gas and it seemed to stabilize and stay on. Went where I had to go no problems and came back no problems. Started fine each time after. I chalked it up to maybe the humidity.
3 days ago while leaving work, 70 degrees sunny all day. I started the car. Idled for about a minute. All of the sudden, the idle started going up and down a bit up to 2000 rpm and down to near stalling and sputtering. Again I gassed it a bit and it stabalized.
Yesterday, it stalled agian, but good thing is it through a CEL this time, P1259. My scanner says A/F metering issue, but I know most discriptions say VTEC malfunction. After the air pump kicks off, my a/f stays about 11.9-12.5 at idle for a few minutes before it reached 2 bars of temp. Thats when the car usually cuts off. I noticed while driving now, I let off the gas, it stays rich for a few seconds before slowly going back to lean. Still fine while cruising and if I get on it.
I cant get it to my tech until next week.

5 days ago - I would have said that the water was draining directly on your CAI causing a hydrolock, but it looks like you have the Comptech intake box and not AEM v1.
3 days ago - I would suggest a MAP whack.
Yeah best to get the car checked.
