is the AEM cold air intake any good???
Its all a matter of opinion Ive always been an aem guy, injen has just had some non sense designs now and then, especially the cai for the ep si

Hell no that is not true. I have the Injen CAI. The fitment is great. I think you have it backward. AEM CAI is the one that had issue with metal rubbing the tube.
There is a reason Injen waited and spent more time on the development of their product. Go with the Injen for the intake. I do like AEM overall, but not for this product and car.

origionally injen was going to be the first one out for the FG1 and then they had started production with no mount for the MAF sensor, so yea they got more thought and time into it lol. An intake is really an intake, the less bend the better but overall dont burst your brain thinking about which one!

i got an aem cai , what you guys mean about the fitment? , its a non si and it did throw the cel light , p0171 system too lean , of course i dont drive it much ( not daily driver) so for waht the ppl said to drive it alot so it clears i hvant done that , i did clear it with a scanner but it came back up , altho i skiped one of the steps which was to remove the battery from - negitive , other then that i fellowed all steps , and i got the cel 2 days after installed intake, im satisfied with the intake
