Default 6th gear hard to put in? why???Brand new car

--------------------------------- -----------------------------------------------

well, i just got my car back from some repairs that were done at the acura dealership, for some parts that were i guess faulty in the clutch assembly. like friction plate, some bearings, flywheel, or something having to do with the flywheel so i was told.ANYWAYS, its been five days i got my car back and it just hesitated when i tried to put it in 6th gear, the gear would not engage,so i push the clutch in, raise the rpm's a little, and then it went in. My car is an 06 type S.only have 11000 miles, what could explain this problem. I really love my car, i just want the problem to go away, help me please!!!!! PS can someone tell me how TSB apply to problems a car is having?

get this ****, the problem only happend after i had taken my car in for service on the clutch making weird noises when it was engaging and it would just start to move. its happened like only five times, it happens occasional, i cant seem to have be related to anything i mite be doing. so anyways, the dealership can only do something about it if the problem can be duplicated!!! which i find bullshit since the problem does not happen all the time and i had explained that all ready to them. so wut do u think i should doo next?

you wouldnt have that problem if you only let legit mechanics that you know touch your car. ok now that i sound like a dick... i know its cheaper and everything to go check under warranty with acura but honestly, i have a similar problem with a squeaky clutch and tranny. im gonna take it in to acura to have them look at it, but im not letting them touch it. if they says theres a problem with the cluthc or tranny, im bringing the car to my father's mechanic who is very good. personally, i only let ppl who i know are good touch my car. i feel its what you have to do. just my 2 cents.

ok,well i do agree with wut u r saying, however when u dont have very much money, and tranny repairs can be costly, i dont take it to another mechanic i can trust. believe me, i would have taken it to someone else if i could afford it. but hey, maybe ill have to take it in a few more times, and then get a new car under the lemon law. so it could work out to my advantage overall.
