Default Removing water from 1990 accord brake light?

My car just failed inspection for water/condensation in the brake light. I tried going in through the trunk to dry it from the inside, but the water is not accessible from there... it is right inside the brake light cover.

My question is: what is the easiest way to remove the brake light cover to dry it out? My Chilton's manual doesn't have any details about removing brake light covers, and I'm hoping someone on this forum may have experience in this.

the good ol' way of doing it is remove the tail light and drill a small hole on the lowest bottom corner, this will allow for proper ventelation and water drainage. or you can stick it in the oven and re-seal them. i pick the 1st.
