Default HUGE PROBLEM! CEL, ECU, and VTEC ISSUES!!!

hey folks i've been having this huge problem, and im just fed up with it. here's the story, i bought an lsvtec eg from a buddy of mine and it ran great for the first week. all the way up until i put in a an obd1 p28 with type r mapping in it. my car, ever since i got it was runninig a an obd1 p72. ever since the day i test drove my friends p28, my car has been feeling like crap. i only ran the p28 for 10 minutes, and put my p72 back in. after that, the o2 sensor cel and knock sensor cel code went on. i replaced the o2 sensor and went ahead and ordered an ecu off of phearable.net that would disable the knock sensor issue. the o2 sensor light went away, and the ecu just came today. HERE'S MY PROBLEM!!!

NOW there's a new damn code, and it's code 22. "VTEC Pressure Valve." i did a couple of searches but have drawn a damn blank. can ANY of you guru's out here be able to help me and my situation? i'm fed up with my car running like a damn LS...no vtec is really f-ing me up bad...but anyways, anyone know what to do next????

Check that you have oil, make sure its wired up correctly, and then check if the screen is cleaned. If all those dont work get a new sensor or ecu.

If thats true then dont drive the car anymore until you put some oil in there. If theres oil, get an oil pressure gauge and see what it reads if its low then look into a new oil pump.

you heard a ticking noise, and it just shut out of no where?

not trying to scare you or anything but I think you blew your motor.

right before i blew my motor, i heard a ticking sound and it also died out of nowhere.
