my tach dont work on my eg vx! help

wut can cause it not to work?i bought the car like this so i dont know wut happend. everything else works in the cluster? can it be a loose wire? blown fuse? any help would be greatfull!

maybe a wire came out of the pins..i dunno..try unpluggin and plugging it back in or something..hope that helps..
