Does dipstick work with Moroso turbo oil pan? What about pickup?

Looking at getting a Moroso oil pan for my GSR hatch, basically for the fittings.

Will the stock oil dipstick still be functional/accurate when using this pan?

Do you have to use a Moroso oil pickup?

I used the stock stick with my 5.5qt moroso, it reads about a half quart high when full.

Almost positive I am using the stocker, there could be a problem there but I still get 80+psi of oil pressure under WOT so I have not done anything about it yet.
