my turn signal works. should't they be on when my headlights are on. and then they have a high beem that turns on when i signal to turn? if thats the case any idea why they might not me on?

 

parking light fuse?

 

did you get the car that way, did anybody mess with your headlights or did this just start to happening out of nowhere one day?

 

i got the car swaped about a year ago. the lights have not been messed with. it wasn't untill i was going to get jdm fenders with side markers that i gave it any thought. ill try the parking light fuse. i just wasn't shure how they were wired in. they only other thing i can think of is maby there is a bad connection in the switch box on my steering column.

 

all my fuses are good. even the parking/back up light. i might go to the yard this week to see if i cant find a swith box. hopefully that will fix it.

 

your not rocking the jdm corner light sockets are you. if so they are not parking lamps, they are turn signals only, as are the sidemarkers. the only parking light on the jdm front lenses is the city light thats in the headlight.

 

no duh. see thats the thing i want to wire my fenders up so they are turnsignals. but i also want them to be on at night.

 

check wiring and bulbs..

if i can remember to look when i get to work, ive got a diagram on how to wire up 2 relays to do that to your sidemarkers. they will be parking lights and turnsignals.

 

the red wire to the corner is probably cut, the way the jdm headlights are, and to get your sidemarkers to be on with lights and blink all you have to do is splice into the red and green corner wires

turns out i have a broken main filiment in my left signal bulb. i seems that the mains are wired in series with the switch box and the signals are paralell. ill still be looking for that diagram jspec.
