junk yard.
or pick up another one at the dealership or have it shipped from an online honda parts stores like this one.

and no its not safe, when the engine is cold the coolant system draws in coolant from that reservor.

dont worry about it just drill the center out and run a new tube from the rad to the bottom of the resivoir, you dont even need the overflow if you check the level often,
whats the over flow and what does the hose doo like if i drove with out it what would happand? cuz i need to get to school in the morning and need to know how to do something quick cuz i can go to the junk yard right after
i drove for like a year without a coolant resivoir and had no coolant issues. it will be fine if you drive to school and then to the junkyard. just check your coolant level before you leave to school.
