Default 14.4 @96 in my 06si

When to the track the other day and my best time was a 14.4 @96 with a 2.3 60foot. My mods are greddy evo2 cat-back and a injen sri. So im planing to get a header and better tires and go 13's. I was launching at 5,000rpm my tire psi was at 20lbs

nice times, but i think you're going to need more than a header and tires to drop 4 tenths off your time.

G/L though and let us know how it goes

that's not true, if you can get your 60tf down to 2.0 1.9 you will be down to 14.2 or so

If he gets a race header, I can def see some 14 flats. A race header is like a 12-14 hp gain. If a exhaust and sri got him to a 14.4 and those two things together IMO dont add as much hp as the race header will, I definately see a race header dropping it a lot more. There are allready guys with I/RH/E & reflash running 13.9s on all season. So that setup with better tires should def take care of it.

man i love the times, just think you coulda spent at least 10k more and got less practicality and still be runnin the same times had you got an s2k, there is nothing better for the money than the FG2

I think the S2000 is still going to be faster at that same track. A stock Si is not exactly in the realm of a stock S2000.
