Winter tire question...
So Im looking to buy a set of steelies off someone in the St. Louis area (I'm located there too) and they have visa tires on them. I have never heard of these tires and was curious what you all had to say about them. Now, we dont get that much snow out here, but if we were to get snow would I be better off with my falcons or these visas. Im just wanting some wheels to roll around on for winter, but if these tires will leave me stranded Ill look for something else. Thanks in advance everyone.
I've never heard of them. And a web search is futile; it turns up every tire dealer that accepts a Visa credit card.
If Visa is the brand name, they might make more than one model of tire - all-seasons, summer tires, winter tires, etc. Just like when you ask about your Falkens (not falcons
); Falken makes all-season tires like the Ziex ZE-512, as well as summer tires like the Azenis RT-615 and the FK-451 and FK-452. If they're all-season tires, try them. I would just avoid using summer tires in the winter.

Thanks for the help. I asked the guy what brand tire they were and he replied with "visa" and said they were all season. So who knows. If anyone else has any input it would be appreciated.
