Default what compression?

I was hoping someone could help me with an estimate of what my compression is. I've got a jdm b18c type r with a 1 piece headgasket, and a milled head .020. I'm guessing a 12:1, but that's just a guess, if someone could let me know I'd appreciate it. The reason I need to know is I plan on getting cams soon and it helps to know. Thanks.
