Default Driving hard

i was just wondering does driving hard sometime during each day keep your motor in tip top condition or is it a one week thing maybe.

VTEC must be nice in your h23 95greenlude...I hear that it hits a lot harder in the h23's than on the h22's!

And to the OP, IMO I would say that its ok to get on it every once in a while to try and blow stuff out of the exhaust and things. I know that its NOT a good idea to baby your car.

IMO redline is put for a reason. anything under redline your engine (in good running condition) is fine, anything over is not which is why honda implemented the redline at those rpms. now def. take in consideration the condition of your motor. if it has problems dont beat it like a red headed step child.
