i need to know how to make a custom throttle cable for my hatchie. any help?

 

well can anyone try and help me out then. i got a b20vtec with a skunk2 mani with some tb i bought off a friend. dont know the name or type. anyways, my problem is that when the cable is fully tight and i give it gas, my vafc only says 80% throttle. but i can move the butterfly to 100%. anyone had this happen to them before? its like the cable is too long or something?

 

is your tps set properly? when you push the gas down does the butterfly open 100%? if its not opening 100% and the pedal cannot move anymore you will need a different size throttle rotor to change the turn ratio

 

where do i get a different sized throttle rotor?
