Steering wheel vibrates after swap HELP
I never had problem with this sort with my stock VX engine. But after my swap my steering wheel vibrates. I used all Teg mounts and torqued every bolt to spec and then re-torque thereafter. Is this normal since the B18c1 engine is heavier?
well it should fell a little sponger less play on the car. so basiclly you might need to get a alingment also, so check it out.

I've noticed it only during dramatic weather patterns (Hot one day & real Cold on the next day and viceversa).
You can correct the problem by changing those specific bushings wich allow the "light" vibrations to travel through your steering column.
Unless of course if it's really "bad" then check more than your steering rack !!! (such as other suspension components)
When you did the swap, did you take out the power steering? If so, then you'd defenitely feel a lot more vibrations in the steering wheel. Also check to see if its not the swap that causes the vibrations. From experience, i know that it could also be alignment, improper tire mounting/balancing, air bubble in tire(s), frozen/locked up brake calipers, or even a bent rim.
