cam cap specs need help

i have a jdm b16a obd 0 i need to know how tight to make the cam cap bolts. i was told 55 lb/ft but the person who told me wasnt to sure and i dont want to be wrong.

55 ft/lbs will snap them like twigs. More like 16-20 ft/lbs.
