Hey,

My moms 01 Civic had these codes:

P1259 VTEC System Malfunction (Acura, Honda)

P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfuction

I belive that the VTEC code is pretty much harmless, but the Tranny code worries me, who knows where the VTEC solenoid is so I can test it? Is it by the timing belt? Also the TCC solenoid so I can test that, hopefully its not the converter its self

Could the VTEC code cause the TCC code or vice versa?
