I'm really interested in getting an S2k. I also think the hard top is frickin beautiful. My question is if I get a hard top but then feel like a convertable for the day how hard is it to switch from hard to soft?

Takes about a minute or two to remove, but you need a friend to help you take it off though. The hardtops (Mugen, OEM) aren't that heavy, but it's bulky.

the softop sits in a little tray and it does not get in the way of the hardtop. a good idea is remove the softop for weight savings and use the tonneau cover whenever you take the hardtop off.

wait, so you can have the hardtop and softtop on at the same time?? Obviously the softtop would have to be down, but could I install a hardtop, take it off to go cruising and then put the softtop back up if I get out of the car or something?
