Default First build breaks 200whp

I've spent the past year building a b20vtec from the block up. I've dinked around with small motors but nothing as serious as this. The setup is in a 92 cx so the up in hp from a weak 70 to 200 has been great!
Here's the build:

98 B20 block (stock sleeves) with 84.5mm bore and hone
12.5:1 CP pistons
Eagle rods
Acl bearings (clearances range from 0.0012-0.0015)
Micropolished crank
blahblah itr oil pump, water pump, GE conversion

00 b16 head
RM gen2 springs and retainers
Pro1's (0,0)
stock ignition with ngk blues and plugs
ITR IM and TB

00 ITR trans 4.785

Hondata s200
kteller 2.5" exhaust w/ vibrant muffler

Motor put down 202 whp with ~140 ft/lbs torque (flat from 3500 all the way to 8000)
I'm trying to get a printout of the entire graph but this is all I've got now.

Thanks to the following people:
Earl, great guy willing to talk about builds!
camp1320, bearings on the fly
KTeller, great product also a great businessman
El Capitan, cams delivered as promised!
DonF, willing to provide knowledge at no cost

Header? Not a good enough one! It's a shitty knockoff 4-1 BUT I'm glad I didn't fork out big bucks yet because my driveway has killed the header.
The torque is the best part. The car keeps pulling!

The motor has a fair amount left in it. The head is not ported, the header is restricting the flow...
I did try advancing the cams but ended at 0,0 because I lost hp at +3,+3(lobe centerline)

Cams worked great! You can see that peaked around 8k but no big deal. Hey you're one of the few who's seen my POS. It's a sneaker for these V8 guys
Jeffs tuning is ok. I've hit a few lean spots in the tune (AFR gauge). He is very accomodating though. You tell him where you want the tune and he tries to get there. All-in-all a good experience. I may venture up north when I get a header for a better tune.

Anything has got to be better than when Torque Freaks "tuned" my motor....the guy thought it was a K-series sittin in the engine bay

I'm surprised the movement of the cam gears had such a negative effect.

I say hit the dyno again someday, and spend more time on the cam timing.

I know on my engine, cam gear tuning made a significant difference.

Good numbers, either way. Now take it to the track and whoop some ***.

Very nice. With a decent header and more tuning you will see more power..

nope that's not it!
Advancing the cams actually lost 2 hp , I was under the impression that the cam lobe centerline was the place to tune to.
It took 2 hours to get where I am at. After a header install I will definetely spend some time adjusting the cams. What are you guys with pro1's running for advance?

It will be a while but when you guys are ready to go to Tac for Intec tuning let me know

As far as P&P the head, probably not. Unless I come across a good deal I won't.

I don't know. But I've got to find someone who can get then best performance out of the motor and not have ANY lean spots in the tune.
Do you know anybody???
