My 85 dual carb Prelude, otherwise a real go-kart at 145k miles, loads up or floods at odd times. It will always do it when coasting down hills in gear, and sometimes does it in the middle of an intersection, etc. Cool weather makes it worse.
I had slide carburetor Honda motorcycles that did this in the 70s too. Independent Honda mechanic won't touch it, and dealer will not guarantee a fix. We used to go through a lot of Berrymans on the motorcycles for this!
