can someone please tell me what psi i should be at?..when the vacuum is on it reads 45 when off it reads 55...this is way too much i know, but the person that is building my engine told me it should be there, he is veeeery experienced,he's george from south gate auto electric, (if anyone knows him), here in honda-tech, it seems that my psi is waaaay too much, so i dont know who to trust
and again, i dont have a obd1 harness or anything chipped, so i dont have money to tune it, i just want to know where my fuel should be OK to drive until i can get the harness and chipp it so i can tune it

How many threads are you going to make on this topic?
If you trust him and he is as experienced as you claim he is, listen to him. Personally, I wouldn't drive it until you have it properly tuned.
