Cam gear install?
Sorry guys, the search isnt working. I have a haynes manual... but its about an hour away and I dont forsee me driving to go get it.
Basicly, I just wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get an H22 cam gear install write up? I put my stage II cams in a while back but for some reason i wanted to say there was a trick (might expletive up something if I dont do it right) but I cant put my finger on it... I guess I dont really need a write up but If somone can jot down a quick walk through, that would help alot. Thanks!
Side note, I did the auto to manual tensioner swap.

1. Take valve cover off
2. get power steering hose out of the way
3. take cam-gear cover off
4. take wheel off to access crankshaft bolt (19mm/lug wrench)
5. put engine at TDC, "Top Dead Center" (the "UP" on the cam gears should be pointing straight up, and you'll see a white mark with a "T" through the timing window)
6. Loosen cam gear bolts (14mm I believe) but DON'T take them off.
7. Loosen the tensioner bolt.
8. Slide timing belt off the cam gears.
9. Carefully slide off each cam gear and be careful to catch the lock key (it's a key about 1/2" long that holds the gear in with the cam, and you can't afford to loose it.)
10. Put new cam gears on with lock key and hand-tighten the bolts.
11. Use a 5mm pin (or allen) to keep the gears aligned with the cams, while sliding the timing belt back over the gears, this part isn't easy.
12. Make sure you're still at TDC.
13. First tighten the tensioner bolt, and then tighten the cam gear bolts so you don't slip a tooth.
14. Put your cam gear cover, power steering hose, and valve cover back on.
Anything I should add??

Sounds pretty good overall. Only thing I would add is to check your timing 2-3 times afterwards just to make damn sure. Sometimes you'll have it set perfectly and then you turn it over by hand and it jumps a tooth...
