Does anyone use the NRG Epac3 voltage stablizer? There is a LED flashing with Green and Red lights, does anyone know what does that mean? The manuel didn't explain that....The connection should be easy, just connect the red cable (+) to the positive terminal, and the blue cable (-) to the negative termainal or body ground...am I right?

Please give me a clue...thx a lot guys....
