gauge cluter plug question

gauge cluter plug question
ok going from left to right behind the cluter the plugs are labels A B C and D
A being the SRS
my cluster is missing the C plug. i have the whole dash harness out, and there is no plug for C.
the car is a 95 GSR it looks like it should be there, or am i going crazy? all my service manuals have it in there, or is it not connected through the dash harness?
i need to know ASAP before i go crazy.
