Default Seat Cleaning

I was just wondering what you guys use to clean your suede ITR seats, but I was wondering what I can use to clean my Recaro SRD's without messing up the seat. I could have sworn Recaro made a cleaner but now I can't seem to find it. Any info would be great

Your lucky the search feature is down...

Most will tell you woolite, or just a damp cloth. Either way works.

Woolite in Hot Water. Fill up a bucket. Dunk a towel in it, wring it out a bit, and wipe down the seats. Results are quite nice. I'm sure having them professionally cleaned is even better, but Woolite works just perfect for me

Did you have an upholstery shop clean your seats or who did you have clean your SRD's? Mine are in desparate need of cleaning and I cant make it home to do it so im thinking of getting them professionally done.

you dont have to take it to an upholstery shop, any carwash/detail shop can do it for, they know what to use and what not to use on suede. i shoulda took a before pic, it was dirty *** hell had all these black grease stains and hand prints on it, cuz how it look i talk him down to a good *** price than paid $20 and thats what i ended up with

when they clean my seats they stray a light mist of some type of cleaning solution on it than they vacuum it up, they did that over and over til it was clean so it never got wet

i used the rug doctor on my seats the machine u can rent at wal-mart. i rented it for the house and saw my seats needed cleaning so i cleaned it with the rug doctor worked like a charm. my back seats were barely dirty but the fronts were disgusting cause u can see the dirt going though the tube. although ur seats will be wet for a day thats about it but works good

I'm glad this thread popped up cause I was wondering the same thing.
I was thinking that I should have just bought the black jdm recaros rather then
have bought the reds that show all kinds of stains and dirt
I still love the reds, just have to clean them
