Ummm, get a real fuel management system and some dyno time.

my friend installed an intake manifold on my car last night, and he bumped the fuel, i believe at 50 psi with the vacuum hose off, and when on, it reads 40 psi...i told him it might be too much but said that, that's where it's supposed to be at,
omg it was hectic today, we installed the manifold last night fuel was at 45 psi,(b&m BTW) after reading hear on HT they told me it was too high, so this morning i lowered it to around 40 psi,(with the vacuum off) which was lagging alot, so i was cruising down the highway today and came to a stop, then suddenly my radiator just shot out like crazy, all the water just came out, it was like a geyser, so i took it to my friend and he told me that the motor was forcing itself because the fuel pressure was too low, so that's was caused my radiator to go out, so luckily my friend has a eg with a b16 that is totaled and we took his radiator just so i can go home...the fan switch didn't go on so we wired it directly to the battery....
how is this for a Thursday night?????!!!!!!!!!
so as of now, the fuel is at around 48-50 psi with the vacuum off and 38-40 with the vacuum on
EDIT: my set-up is this....
CTR pistons
dc 4-2-1 header
apex 2.25 cat-back
straight pipe
blox intake manifold
cold-air
b&m fpr
f&S stage 2 clutch
itr flywheel
so psi too much?
how much should my psi be at with this setup?
