Default I need help with HID wire harness / Retrofit -> 2006 Accord *PIC*

First off thanks for anyone who can explain this harness to me.

I'm trying to install my HIDS on the 2006 Accord LX.

I paid a guy from HID Planet to do the retrofit (TSX) and he also gave me this wire harness. I just received the harness and was thinking this should be a basic plug-n-play install. Well, I have tried different set-ups and can not get the HIDS to come on. The parking lights, day time running lights, and high beams all work fine.

Here is the harness I am working with:

Either 1 or 2 should wire to the factory low beam headlight harness.
Either 1a or 2a will plug into the HID ballast on the drivers and passenger side.

I do not understand why there are 2 plugs at each station for a total of 6.

Can someone please explain to me how this works?
Thanks for any help!!

first off the red goes to the positive on the battery and black goes to a grounding point.

1 or 2 should plug into your oem harness that connect to the halogen bulbs.

1a or 2a should plug into the ballast on your car if you're running a 9006/9005 HID kit.

do you have a multimeter? check if 1a and 2a are actually getting power because chances are you might have blown the relay when installing it the first time or it never worked to begin with.

Yes, both fuses in the red box are good.

Can someone tell me how I can check the harness using a multimeter like this:

http://www.harborfreight.com/c...92020

Ground is grounded -- Power is connected to the battery -- 1 & 2 connected to OEM harness -- 1a & 2a connect to HID ballast

Thanks for any help!

connect the red to the power line in the cable setup with it plugged in , so power is running through it (hopefully it is) and then connect the ground to the ground side, Multimeter should pick up the voltage running through it from power to ground.

Found out from the guy who supplied the wire harness / did the retrofit, that the 4 blade tyco relays he installed in place of the OEM 5 blade is causing a problem. He said the tyco relays are much better than what the harness came with.

So, I installed two 5 blade relays and now the high beams are working through the harness. Still no light from the low beams (HIDS). I checked the two 20a fuses in the pink box, made sure all the plugs are snug, relays snug...... Any ideas?

I sent the wire harness back to the guy and it does not work on his car either. So, he's going to fix it or send me out another one
