Looks like a new one I would go through their recent cars and see what turbo has that specifications and measurements and compare.. Sorry I'm not more help but free bump for you.
i got myself some drawings from mitsu, it's not excactly the same (outlet compressor housing has a bent) but it says : TD04L-12T
can anyone elaborate on power possible with d15b7 and spooltime?

anyone know if it's BB? it turns as soon as i blow in the turbine inlet. it's quite a big inlet so i can't put my mouth around it.... so i just blow in it and it spins,
wait i make a video

Large percentage of typical turbos have dual center sections. That definitly isn't a telltale BB sign. Very doubtful that a volvo will come from factory with a BB turbo.

hopin to see just over 200whp, rods aren't gonna hold anymore either.
volvo S40 T5's stock numbers are
5 cilinders in a row, 20v
2521cc 83,0 x 93,2 mm
9,0:1
220 hp @ 5000rpm and 320 nm @ 1500rpm
this all is multipoint, intercooled and with cat
very nice prospect for me
what do you think of the drivability on a d15b7?
