Default What size relay do I need? (wiring diagram inside)

If I were to wire up an ignition kill switch w/ relay on the Black/White line between the ignition switch and the under dash fuse box, what size relay would I need?

The 7.5A fuse between the ignition switch (Black/White) and the main relay (Blue/Red) is throwing me off. This Black/White line is pretty thick like 12 guage or so, but is it only drawing < 7.5A?

Just a standered dc12v 30/40a relay. If you are local I'll give you one for free. I see so-cal in you name.

I like suspended hatch I deal on a battery switch with a small fuse. I trying this this weekend as a layer. I got you on a six pack Mr hatch. But yea make sure you do something else because there are many other ways to start the car. I not going to say on a plubic board but take a look at suspended hatch write up on his site. The info there is great and everybody needs to read it. Pmed

If you look close you will see the 7.5A fuse is not on the starter solenoid circuit, that wire, ["12ga or so" starter lead, black/white] is protected by the 50A fuse in under hood fuse box, although it does not take anywhere near 50A to trigger the starter solenoid, a standard SPDT 30A/40A relay will work fine. 94
