Default question...heater core/blower

ok so im stripping my interior for my project car.

i am not going to run AC, but what i need to know is that the blower is all the way to the pass side right, and the ac thing is inbetween it and the heater core. if i dont hook the blower or the ac thing back up, will the heat still blow out enough to like defrost the windshield, or does it have to ahve the blower.

im looking for any alternatives

Default Re: question...heater core/blower (GECKObeau)

When I stripped out my A/C, I took out the whole unit, i.e. the part between the blower and rest of the ductwork (behind the center console). Without it, I had basically no airflow. I took the cheap way and used duct tape and cardboard Worked well for a few months, blew a decent amount of air, but still had leaks. After it stopped blowing air due to too many leaks, etc, I finally just bought the A/C delete box for a teg w/o A/C. Fits in perfectly, and now I have full power air for defrost, heat, etc. Cheap, done right, and OEM
