I'm really considering JG intake manifold
It's pretty new. The stock Type R manifold is hard to beat. Besides - it's not the intake that largely determines the flow of air into the motor - it's the bore and stroke of your pistons and rpm.
I would want to look at the cfm flow rates of both prior to investing a whole lot of money for minimal gain.
Why do you really want to get it?

I'm trying to get just a little extra performance from my cam install. My car just is not as fast as it should be. I like the JG one because it doesn't look retarded. Anyone know the diameter of the stock TB.
I really want to get the JG intake manifold and throttle body. Anyone have opinions. Any experiance with similar products.

they only have the ones for the GS-R(B18c) head in stock ..that is if you can even find them..
You will see more loss than gain, expect severe losses in the low end up to about
5-7000rpm.
The stock ITR manifold and TB will support your engine fine.

Sorry, but my drag car will be making its debut shortly.
If it was a part I was keeping for future use on my ITR, I'd loan it to you, Steve.

That's not true. I have one bolted to a B16 head. I ordered it a while ago from Summit and I've had it for a little less than a month.

Like I said they Summit don't have "Any" in Stock Trust me I have tried

I guess pre-ordering the manifold before it came out was a very good move.

Why? You don't need it with the TODA itb's.....

Dave, sorry buddy, but I can't resist.
This one's for you:

Here Look
their own literature says it is designed for power gains in the 7000-10000 rpm range, so that pretty much tells you all you need to know. If you like to gain power in that range give it a shot. It's pretty affordable actually. I am willing to bet you will lose some torque from 6000-7500 rpms. The JG manifold will flow much more CFM's compared to the stock manifold, but that really doesn't mean much if your engine can't inhale that much CFM's, so that is useless info. IMO. I'd really like to see a dyno comparison though, not from the manufacturer though.
