I recently got a b16a tranny off a motor from hmotors from a friend that worked fine when he had it. I installed a xtd stage 2 clutch on my gsr motor also, and honda mtf, and at first everything was fine, but now its very hard to get into all gears. No grinding at all just very hard to get into gear. Also when I let off from 1st gear seems like clutch doesn't grab very well and hesitates then will go fine. Rebleed clutch, new slave cylinder, etc.... Anyone know whats wrong?

 

the pedal might not be disengaging. the new clutch probably changed your pedal setting. underneath the clutch pedal there's a rod with a nut. loosen it and turn the rod until its proper. any flywheel work done?

 

New 8lb flywheel as well.
