01 Accord V6

I started up my car last night usually when it starts up it'll idle above 1 RPM (before warmup), but this time it was the first time it started up and was idling @ 0.25 RPM alittle bit above 0. I popped the hood and all the belts were spinning slower then usual and the engine was shaking. I turned off the engine and waited for my friend to come and take a look, so I started it up again (about 15 -20 mins later) and this time it was fine. Can anyone tell me whats going on? Should I be worried?

probably just a fluke...the low idle is what was causing the shaking as the balance shafts weren't spinning fast enough to be effective...

 

Well it happen this morning again. I turned it off for 5 sec, then restarted it was fine. Is it misfiring, bad connection or something?
