fits in my 93 hatch fine but the left side (if you are standing in front of it) or transmission side is slanted it sticks way up making fitting hoods gay, its not a d series mount im wondering if there are any other b series mounts.

 

The top transmission mount, either d-series or b-series, will work. Was your car automatic before?

You need to buy an aftermarket topside tranny mount that is made specifically for cars that were auto to begin with, but are now manual.

The actual framerail mount that is welded in the engine bay is completely different on your auto chassis - that's why the engine/tranny don't fit right.
