i have a civic ex 95 with a 2001 type r motor with a p28 computer and its not reving over 4,500 i also have msd the external coil and the 6al box with the 9.2 chip can it be the msd or the computer or something else need help

swap ecu's might be fried.

any cel codeS?

 

Could be a bad coil or timing belt has slipped a tooth or two, also try swapping rpm pills in your 6AL box.
