i have a civic ex 95 with a 2001 type r motor with a p28 computer and its not reving over 4,500 i also have msd the external coil and the 6al box with the 9.2 chip can it be the msd or the computer or something else need help

is ur check light on

 

usually if u cant rev over 4.5k ur ecu isnt hook up and its on limp mode

 

feels like its on limp mode but the ecu is hooked up and no check engine light

 

yur fuel filter all good? cuz i had the same prob. put a new filter and ran seafoam and Bam.... spam bustas bitch.

 

i have an aem fuel filter i think that can be it but today i turned it on and when i give it gas it starts bogging

 

how long ago was this swap done?
