okay heres the problem. the is a 98 civic with 95 ex head, msd ignition, crowerstage 2 cam, p28 ecu with rev limiter and alot of things but ill skip that. driving home i noticed my speedometer went out and then the car felt wierd as in bogging and when i rev to about 4000 rpm it bumps liek my rev limiter is on. when i got home i opened the hood and then i saw the fuel pressure gauge bouncing up and down and then everytime it bounces the car bogs what could be the problem my guess is that it has to do something with fuel so the fuel filter or the fuel pump help please what can this be this is my only transportation.

yeah but i dint check yet wat it is cuz ita already on due to my vtec solenoid cuz its hooked up directly to vtec controller

well you should check your cel because it seems like you had a sensor either go out or come unplugged since it wont let you rev past 4k. it sounds like it might be something with a fuel filter like you said but something is tripping your computer out to not let it rev up. i would definately check codes first and we can go from there.

okay this morning i just jumpered the harness for the ecu and no CEL was thrown out but then now when i try starting the car it wont start at all what the hell is wrong im short in tools here cuz im in the new house but if i can try to get tools imma try taking out the fuel line anc ask someone to crank see if gas pushes in anybody has anymore suggestions what the hell is wrong with this car

okay so after this morning the car started but then NO CEL still and i drove it a little still the same speedometer not working and it still wont make me rev pass 4000rpm....check the sensor foe the speedometer underneath the throttle body connected to the transmission that one is okay as well not wet no corrosion......WTF is wrong with this car?
