225/35-17 on ITR.
Will it rub?
I have an option of trading them with my 215/40-16's. Tried the car with the 17's and it actually felt smother and less rough og the road. The car with 17's also has eibach progressive springs while mine are stock. Does the progressive springs provide this "softer ride?" (if you can call it soft.)
Advice, suggestions?

Progressive springs will "feel" softer than a linear spring in the first few centimeters of compression - but then as compression increases - the progressive spring will become exponentially stiffer.
smoother on low profile 17"´s ?? then u must have been driving on some hard tires on the 15"´s.
Sick of 17´s, putting the lightweight stock 15´s back on tomorrow

I was under the impression that 225's will rub on either the fender lip or the trailing arm (they are THAT big), depending on the offset.

Stay away from them then?
Any idea on how wide 225/50/15 032R's actually turn out to be?
I've seen them on Porsche 944's but I doubt you can get them to fit on an Integra
check out my link in the sign and go to my Integra albums.
I had 225/35/17 on 8.5x17 offset 30mm rims. The fenders are pulled hard and some metal was welded on too. I got rid of this riceboy setup and I´m waiting now for some Volk te37 in 8x16. I will put a 225/45/16 on it. I want to have a bigger sidewall and this big tire to bring my turbo power to the ground.
