Cooling fan switch ?
If the fans are working then your fan switch must be good. Overheating could be from low coolant, bad T-stat, air in the cooling system, bad water pump, leaking radiator or possibly a blown headgasket (I'm sure there's more that I missed). You need to provide more info, like does it overheat at idle, while driving, on the freeway????? Are both radiator hoses hot, or is the bottom one cold?? Does your heater blow hot air or is it cool when you turn the heat on full blast?? Is coolant disappearing from the radiator or is the overflow bottle filling up?? If you don't give more info to your problem then it's almost impossible for one to help you over the internet.
I just had the motor swap which the old motor had a head gasket blew and then I bought new motor which it is around 90 k on it n put in the car. I haven't drive the car yet so it gets hot about 5 to 10 minutes and the top hose gets alot of air growing big and hot so then the idle is acting up little bit. The rad looks fine which it stays same pace as well. I even tried to do the rad bleed to let the air come out which it stays the same thing so what it might be ?
Yes , two hoses is hot and the rad is full with anti freeze-water....so what it might be ?
Thanks !!!
