J's racing circuit exhaust
is the J's corporation circuit muffler special exhaust on the s2000library.com exhaust comparison video the same as the J's FX 70 RR or RS exhaust?
what is the difference between the FX70RR and FX70RS? S is for street, R is for race maybe?
also... on some sites the tip is only blued on the edge, and on others the entire tip is blued... what's the deal w/ this?
http://www.evasivemotorsports....NG-ES
edge of tip is blued
http://www.bulletproofautomoti...=3553
whole tip is blued
http://www.bulletproofautomoti...=4349
J's FX 70RS
also... any actual word on how loud this beotch is?
I really like the looks of this exhaust, the fact that it's killer light, should make a bit of power, and the sound of the J's race exhaust in that video! Thanks for any help!

From what i understand, the 70RR is a header-back system with no resonator. Meaning that it goes straight from the header all the way to the back, elminating the option for having a catalytic converter on your car. Super illegal and super loud!
The 70RS is like the 70RR except it is a cat-back. Thus you have an option to install a cat or a testpipe. I'm unsure if it has a resonator or not. Should be significantly louder than stock.
I would disregard the tip pictures. The tip always changes colors depending on how hard you drive the car.

hrmm... changes colors huh? so it's kinda like those generra hypercolor t-shirts from back in the day?
anyone know about the resonators?
and does the RR or RS sound anything as loud as the j's circuit muffler in the video?

also it might be a little bit hard finding the older j's exhaust that has the titanium finish.. they discontinued those models and the shiny looking one is the new FX model that are in production.

I am going to bujy my RR anytime now but this thread got me thinking. How illigel is it exactly? meaning consequence wise and how much louder is it compared to the 60 RS? I mean, i wana konw what i am dealing with here loll is it louder then the r1000?

It's either legal or it isn't. Anything that passes 95db in sound is considered illegal. If you remove the cat and run a test pipe, It's illegal. If you run a cat back and its under 95db. It's legal.

Interesting, I've never seen the tip of a titanium muffler get hot enough to change colors. The blue on the exhaust tips on new exhausts is a result of the company torching the tips/canisters. The piping itself will change different colors, but never the tip in my experience. Do you have any pictures?
I have two Amuse exhausts on track cars, one with a blued tip and one with a standard tip. Both tips look the same as the day they were purchased.

they don't have the 70rr
they don't have the 70rr
i listen to the 70rr monday through friday, it is a loud higher pitched tone. i wouldn't say it's raspy but it does have some depth in it. if i had a way to make a sound clip i'd go outside and do it right now.

So IS the J's corporation circuit muffler special exhaust on the s2000library.com exhaust comparison video the same as the J's FX 70 RR or RS exhaust? If not, where can I find the Racing Circuit Exhaust? Was it me, or does that exhaust sound like a F-1 car?! I love it!
