i have a 96' Civic EK3 VTEC-E and i'm getting really mad about the low power,damn Economy...
I want to know which is the best option to tune it up and which is the cheapest method!

1. Mini-Me(yes i know the mini-me thread)
I would like to know what i have to change to get the full JDM D15 Mini-Me
What things do i have to change/to buy and how much will it cost?But i want only parts with not more than 37k miles on it!Can anyone make a list of parts and approximate prices?

2. Turbo(no,not high end just Turbo,not more
The same question like Mini-Me but only for Turbo.I dont want to get high power,i just want to know which parts i have to change and which is the approximate cost if i only drive with about 5.8-7.25 PSI and what power do i have then?
I could leave the motor stock or?Can the car then still be used as everyday-car or is the Turbo also harming the engine...?
