Default Best / Easiest way to measure offset

Hey, I recently picked up a set of (what I believe to be) Enkei RP0-2. They're 15x7 in 8 lug (4 x 100 & 4 x 114), each have "38" stamped on the insde of the rim, but I'm not really sure if this is the actual offset or not. Can anyone suggest an easy way to measure it?

Thanks, and forgive me if this has already been covered.

i believe that the offset is 38 on the enkei rpo-2......one way is to take a tape measure and use a straight edge on the back of the hub......put the straight edge across the backside of the lip and take your tape measure and see what the measurement is in inches.......if it reads 5.496 inches then that is the correct offset.........
