well iknow for a fact that ARP does not make rod bolts for the GSR and if they are the same why wouldnt they list that in there parts catalogs???

page 31 Honda/Acura 1.6L, 1.8L M9 part number 208-6401. its the same part number for all motors using the 9mm rod bolts (which include GSR and ITR). just because it doesnt specifically say "FOR GSR" doesnt mean they dont make it.
