Default integra bogging out....please help

ok so i have a 88 integra, obd-0 of course. About a week ago the fuel pump went out on it and it boggs out every time i give it gas. i know it is getting fuel to the head. checked injectors, some o rings were shot so i replaced them. still bogging. I put a b&m fpr on thinking the other one was shot (plus it looked a little rusty). changed the fuel filter with a brand new one. changed cap and rotor along with plugs and wires still doing the same damn thing. i honestly have no clue y it is doing this. no check engine light and no code on ecu. I did take it to many garages around my area all mechanics were clueless. a couple of them said maybe a clog in the exhaust. so i took off the exhaust still the same. also took out the o2 sensor. i also tried running it open throttle body, maybe not getting enough air. when i check the plugs they are a little black and not white at all so its getting fuel. Any help or input would help alot. i need HELP!!!

try lowering the psi on the fpr or get a stock one.

Check your timing belt and make sure your gas isn't bad. Also try removing your fuel pump and putting your hand in the bottom of the tank to see if there's any sugar in there.

timing belt is fine. the fuel pump is located under the door not in the tank, i would have to drop the tank to check for sugar....lol.... i hope im not running on sugar

Wait it out until your tank is almost empty and then fill up. The same thing happend to me and i had no idea. I filled up on gas again about a week later and it was fine. Bad batch of gas?
