Default H22 ek civic MPG

wanted to know what kinda MPG could be expected. H22A4 in a 98 coupe. Im going up to washington in a few weeks and need to know how much $ to save for gas. ran a few searches without any luck. 800 miles one way.

my 05 altima get 30 mpg freeway. the h22 should be way better right?

On the highway you're probably going to get around 30-35 mpg depending on how fast you're going.

What mileage do you get now? I know your going to fill up atleast once to get to San Fran/Sac. Then fill up again sometime in oregan (try not to if you can) Then fill up in WA and depending on how far you go in WA you may need another fill.

So with that said expect 4 fills bring money for 5 one way.

On a highway with that mtoor in that car it's very possible. Depends on how he drives, how consistant w/ the gas he is (Cruise control ownz on the highway for best mpg), too many variables to list.

Dude going mostly 70 mph in my integra, which is heavier than a civic, I get 34-35 mpg on the highway, and around 27-28 in town, just avoid punching the gas alot, make sure ur tires are filled up good,
