well there are kits that make you keep a/c as well as p/s pros and cons, can't really help you there, but what are you looking to get out of the h22 if you swap it in?

HI in response to the H22 swap in the EK....
I am currently swaping an H22 into my HX ( it was also an auto to manual conversion ) this swap is definitely not cheap [....especially for this model civic ) the swap is still currently underway. There have been some complications with the engine mounts the passenger side sub-frame needed to be replaced w/ one from a 5 speed. The complications go one....but never deterred me to not go all the way.
Obviously, you won't be keeping your A/C or power steering ......it never bothered me.
IMO there are many positives in swaping the H into an EK car....it will be a great platform for many things...which way you go is your choice. I chose the swap because of the difficulty level and for what I wanted out of it in the end.
Just as a tip make sure you find someone truly capable of completing this swap-research there work and WIRING ( anyone can put a motor in your car---but not everyone can make it run RIGHT!!! ) if you do it your self I hope you have experience.....
HOPE THIS HELPS ALITTLE!!!
