its whatever you want it to be,

Its not the size of the dog in the fight, it the size of the fight in the dog.

lets see i have a stock SOHC ZC motor and its quick but not fast it only has like 108Hp and about 100Trq and it doesn't even have V-Tec, as for the B18 it has about 142Hp and like 125Trq soooo yeah i'm sure the B18B would win hands down

i think the jdm ZC has 120 horse and if i had a stripped 88 hf with the sohc ZC "NON_vtec" i think i could beat a lot of b18b's

something like that.

B18b would win (this coming from a sohc zc dude.)

More interesting would be a stock sohc zc with a PG7 v.s. a stock sohc vtec *insert ECU model here*

well if you rate the zc at the wheel then you need to rate the b18b at the wheel. so that means its 108 and 130ish

depends on what tranny the B18B has...b18bs are nothing special really, if it has the b18b tranny, and the ZC had it's close ratio tranny or a usdm si tranny..i think it could be a close race. To many factors could come into play..and you weren't very specific.
