oil catch can ??????

oil catch can ??????
can someone tell me where the there ports on a oil catch can go i know two runs to the manifold and to the pcv but theres one on the bottom i cant figure out where it goes

ports should be on the top if there is one on the bottom I would think its to drain the can, if a port is on the bottom it would suck up all the oil
