Default (non honda) Ford ranger question

I have a 95 ranger that i just cruise around in basically back and forth to school. It 2 wheel drive. perfect conditon. I want to lower it and dont know where to look for kits

how much does it usually cost to get a good drop(noticeable drop)
i dotn want the kind of drop where the leaf spring are real low to the ground tho.. i see that a lot. can i avoid that with some kits?

relocate my post if i posted in wrong section

parts may be cheap. but if you get everythnig you need, plus labor it could get way up there. i got a 96 chevy s10 that i was going to drop 5inches front and rear. to do this i was going to use 2" drop spindels with 3" drop coils in the front. then 3" drop leaf spring with 2" drop block in the rear. then replaceing all 4 shocks with lowering sahocks and all 4 fron ball jpoings parts along were almost $600

check summit racing for parts

well the point of buying it was to basically save my money.. if i turn around and sell it for more... lets say... 2k... and make a litle profit off of it.. i dont want to put money into my civic anymore... so having this truck is great because its a slow *** 4cyl that gets like 340 to a tank.

ive decided that im not going to lower it.. only if i coem upon the parts very cheap...

my uncle owns a junk yard so if he gets any rangers or explorers in... im getting some leather in it and maybe a cap for the bed... so i can sleep in the back after long nights of drinkin hahaha
